love is {tweet}

...with my sweet hubby. ;)

Here's the card I made for him:

I used a couple different stamps from Hero Arts, but altered the word "sweet" to make it say "tweet" {just seemed like the right thing to do here -lol} using a "T" from a little $2 set from We R Memory Keepers, all of which were found at Archiver's on our semi-annual girls' day out --what a fun day that was! ;D

I used some Spica glitter pens for some sparkle --red on the flower and the hearts and clear on "my" eyelid. ;)

My tag sticks WAY off the card because I used the die going in the opposite direction I meant for it to go and didn't have time for a do-over because my hubby was already on his way home from work {Friday...nothing like waiting till the last minute...} -lol!   I didn't even try to put it in an envelope. ;)

And this card was inspired by one of Karen Giron's sketches.  It was my first time using one of her sketches and I thought this was a really fun one to work's Sketch 55 from last Sunday if you want to go check it out.  She posts new ones every Sunday, so I'm sure there's a new one up for this week already.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Fabulous, Christi! I'm sure your "tweet" hubby loved it as much for the sweetness of the card as for the time you took to make it for him.

I hope you had a love-filled day!
