care for a {muffin}?

Or how about two?  With sprinkles or a cherry on top perhaps?  ;)

My goodness, how quickly times passes!  It always feels that way for me, but at this time of year it feels like it's moving at warp speed.  I know it's been a couple weeks since I last posted, but I'm happy to say that I've been making a LOT of cards (yes, I'm sure that's a relative term...but I've made a LOT for me anyway, quite possibly a world record --six in eight days -- craziness, I tell ya; but, boy, was it FUN!).

I still have some Thanksgiving cards to make and get mailed by Saturday afternoon, so thought I'd pop in real quick with a couple (very similar) cards I made earlier this week.  As you'll notice, they have several things in common:  both were inspired by Jen del Muro's current SFYTT, both use the ever-so-sweet Matilda Muffinbread image, both are bathed in a liberal dose of glitter, and both are well beyond being considered fashionably late

The first one is for a friend:

The second one is for one of my nieces:

Thanks so much for the visit, and I hope you'll stop by again soon. Until then, many blessings to you!

Oh, I love those cards! I may need to stamp an image or two when I see you in December ;-) I haven't stamped at all lately due to a certain Christmas project. Hope you've having fun with your LAD designs! I love the papers/colors you chose for these, the 1st one so cheery, the 2nd one so sweet.
Love ya, Mom

Ooooh, Christi, these are both SO pretty! You know BG is my fave, with Cosmo C. a close second....but I actually have to say I like that CC paper more than the BG!!! I love the stitching and paper piercing, coloring, shading and glitter on both of these beauties. These are so yummy. I am glad you have made 6 cards in 8 days; I've made 0 in 8 days :) I'd better get some mojo on. Your cards are so inspiring!
