Feel Better

Wow -- I can't believe it's been as long as it has since I last posted, but it has. I'm sorry. Life's just been a bit out of control for me lately (not to mention a bout of food poisoning -- ewww!) and, well, blogging *BIG sigh*..and stamping *even BIGGER sigh*...were moved to the back burner for a little while. I also think that it might help if we were to get a second laptop. My days are usually pretty hectic with the kids and my hubby usually takes over the laptop after dinner (which, of course, would be the best time for me to actually do some posting...). Ah, well, such is life, right? Well, I'm here now, I feel better (pun intended- and, no, I didn't make this card for myself -lol), and I hope to get back to posting a lot more regularly.

This quick card share is one I made using Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge a few weeks ago.

This is the same fun sketch I used to create the card in one of my last posts (you can click here if you can't remember back that far -lol!). There's no stamping on this one, though.

I used CTMH's beautiful Serendipity patterned papers (last month's Constant Campaign), some coordinating cardstock, and a Cuttlebug embossing folder for the sentiment (I sanded the image after running it through the machine), and a few other miscellaneous items.

Thanks for being patient with me while I was MIA -- it's good to be back. ;)

Thanks so much for the visit, and I hope to see you again soon! Until then, many blessings!

Supplies: Cardstock: White Daisy, Dutch Blue, Outdoor Denim (CTMH); Patterned Paper: Serendipity (CTMH); Other: Just Blooms (CTMH), Cuttlebug embossing folder (ProvoCraft), decorative corner punch (EK Success), brads (Making Memories), grosgrain ribbon and organdy ribbon (CTMH), satin ribbon (craft supply), sandpaper, pop dots
